This was taken downtown New Haven. It is a picture of a glass building that has the sun shining on it. The sunlight shining on the building has caused it to capture the reflection of the neighboring building!

I enjoyed taking the photos for this week's assignment! This was taken downtown New Haven on top of the courthouse facing the New Haven Green. I also thought it looks better in black and white instead of color! Sorry for the lateness.

fourth week

For this week I went downtown to Wallingford, and photographed some brick buildings. I am going to try and photograph some more when the weather is better. The lighting was not so great on the shots I took due to the poor weather

Charlie loves getting her pictures taken, and she came right up to me with those beautiful blue crystal eyes of hers with the precious smile she has.I love how the light from the sun captured her blue crystal eyes even more then just randomly taking a pictures.There is a shadow if you see right directly behind her also captured in this photograph.

Here is J.D playing with his most favorite toy his older brother's motorcycle.The sun was shining bright that day, and captures the shadows of the motorcycle.

I wanted to share this photograph with everyone it was taken when I went to Florida.If you look you will see the most beautiful colors captured as the sunset is setting down to go to sleep.

I took a ride to West Haven beach, and was amazed to see how calm the waters were.The day was gorgeous like the weather we have been having.I loved how the pictures came out, and how the waves were and how the sand just picks up in the pictures as well.

This here is one of my favorite photographs.It was on our way to Newport Rhode Island when we were crossing the bridge.I looked quick and to the the picture.If you notice there is more then just water.There is also the shapes from the bridges, and tracks from a boat that had just gone by.The sky was a beautiful blue color that day, and the water was crystal blue.

Here is a photograph of J.D. when he wondered into the garage.He was very quite so that he did not get caught while he was playing with his older brother's motorcycle.

Hi Jerry and class I would like to share with all of you the day in the life of a nanny.Since I spend 10 hour days in four days with the kids I care for I do not have much time for my self.When I do have time for my self I am at teh gym letting my frustration out or catching up on some much needed sleep.I will be sharing with all of you random pictures of the children, how messy the house gets in 5 minutes and after a bath how the baby manages to get foot all over him.I do not have children of my own but these children are like my own in more ways then one.I am there for them when they are sick, tired, hungry, hurt etc.I hope you enjoy viewing the many photographs I will be taking.

Intro

Hi everyone my name is Kelly and I am still learning all this is to know about my camera.I took the first photography class, and enjoyed it very much.I am a student at Albertus, and is on plan to graduate this coming May.I am very excited to finally be done, and will be entering the job search world.My majori is Sociology and I want to be familiy counselor, and to help young adolescents.I am a full time nanny for a 3 year old and 20 month old who keep me very busy.I enjoy sports both watching basketball, playing and coaching 5/6 year olds as well.I have the most amazing boyfriend and if I am lucky I will be able to capture some photographs of him.Looking forward to learning more about this class.
