bridges

Here are some random bridges and water shots that I wanted to share with everyone.I am really enjoying this class and being able to take random shots of everything and anything around me.

upclose and personal

In all the photographs I want everyone want to tell me what you see? I tried to get upclose and personal with different flowers and even my tomatoe from my lunch.

light and shadow

I was going through my photographs and found random shot I like to share with all of you.I like how the light and shadow is brought out by the photograph. In the photo to my left is a picture of my boyfriend this past winter cleaning off my car while I was inside it.I love this pictures because you can barly see his face but more of the snow. The top picture I took while I was stopped at a light, my soda was vibrating from driving.I love this picture because of the lines brought out by the vibration.
I am having trouble with portraits. When I took the first photo I held the camera in a vertical position. When I rotated the picture in Picasa 3 the shape of Katie's face changed to unnaturally round. The second picture was taken with the camera in normal position but makes it harder to fill the frame and get nice and close. Do you have any advice for this problem?

water and shapes

While I was at the park with the kids I took random shots at the park of the bridges, water and the lake. The park had all different unique shapes, mountain tops and flowers.

at the park

I took the kids to the park and we fead the ducks. It was so funny watching them feed the ducks then running away when they came after them. There were a lot of different shapes, water and lights there.

at the park

I decided to change my project a bit.I will still be taking pictures of the children, however I will taking picture of the park/beach.I will be focusing in on shadows and light. This is a photograph that I wook at work when the light shined in on the hardwood floor.
